1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Deskeeper ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Deskeeper provides AI-powered automation services for home service businesses, including but not limited to: AI receptionist services, automated follow-up systems, review generation, CRM management, and related digital marketing automation tools.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SMS and Communication Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive SMS messages, emails, and other communications related to the services you have requested. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement. Monthly retainers are billed on a recurring basis. Setup fees, if applicable, are billed as one-time charges. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in your service agreement or as required by law.

6. 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied with the results within the first 30 days of service, you may cancel and receive a full refund of that month's retainer. Setup fees, if paid, are non-refundable after service delivery has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All automation workflows, AI configurations, and systems built by Deskeeper remain the intellectual property of Deskeeper unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Client data and content remain the property of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Deskeeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your data and systems.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of any material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
