Founding Member Terms

These terms apply to the Deskeeper Founding Clients promotion and are in addition to our Terms of Service. For matters specific to this promotion, these terms control.
1. Eligibility
Open to new Deskeeper clients only, until all 10 founding slots are filled or we close the promotion, whichever comes first. One slot per business.
2. What you get
(a) First 3 months free — your monthly service fee is waived for the first three (3) months of your engagement. Setup is already included for all Deskeeper clients and is not part of this promotion. (b) Locked founding rate — the monthly rate you agree to at signing is locked, for the services in your plan at signing, for as long as your engagement stays continuously active. We will not raise it.
3. What the locked rate covers
The locked rate applies to the specific services and scope in your plan as of your signing date. If you later add services or modules, those are priced at our then-current rates. Adding services is your choice and is not a change to your locked rate.
4. Continuously active
Your founding rate stays locked as long as your account remains active and in good standing. If your engagement ends or your account lapses for more than sixty (60) days, the founding rate no longer applies; restarting service afterward is priced at our then-current rates.
5. Free period
The 3-month free period begins when your configured services go live, not at signing. After the free period, billing begins at your locked founding rate, per the payment terms in our Terms of Service.
6. Limited slots
This promotion is limited to 10 founding clients total. Once filled, the promotion is closed and no longer available, even if still shown on the site briefly. We do not oversell slots.
7. Changes
We may modify or end this promotion at any time for clients who have not yet signed. Changes do not affect terms already locked in for clients who signed while the promotion was active.
8. No cash value
The free months and locked rate have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied as credit.
9. Language
We provide a Spanish translation of these terms for convenience. If there is any conflict between the English and Spanish versions, the English version controls.
