What happens if I exceed my cap?
Voice AI minutes go to $0.40/min beyond the cap. SMS is included up to 25% over your cap, then $0.01/segment. We notify you at 80% of cap so nothing surprises you. Most clients on the right tier never hit it.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrade any time and we prorate the rest of the month. Downgrade at the next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
What does setup actually include?
An onboarding call, account configuration, Voice AI agent training on your business, all automations configured and tested, calendar integration, custom field setup, and team training. It typically takes 5–10 business days. Currently included for free on every tier.
Is there a contract?
