who it's for
Built for teams who can only run one truck at a time.
Solo operators with a long lead list
Too many calls, not enough hours. You can't tell which one to call back first, so you call them in the order they came in. The Leaderboard tells you what to call back next.
Small crews running multiple sources
Google ads, Facebook, web forms, referrals — quality varies wildly per source. The Leaderboard scores them apples-to-apples so you stop guessing which channel paid off this week.
Multi-truck operations
Dispatching by hand wastes truck-hours. Leadership needs a ranked queue, not a flat list. The Leaderboard runs the morning meeting for you.
what's included
A scoring system that learns your business.
Job-value estimation
Every lead given an estimated revenue range based on the service requested, the description captured, and your pricing baseline.
Drive-time scoring
Real Google Maps drive-time, not as-the-crow-flies miles. A 6-mile lead in heavy traffic ranks lower than a 9-mile lead on the freeway.
Source-quality weighting
Leads from your highest-converting sources score higher automatically. The system learns from your closes, per-source, over a 30-day rolling window.
Daily morning ranking
Every morning your dashboard shows yesterday's leads ranked A→D. Top of the list gets the call. No triage meeting required.
Real-time grade updates
A lead's grade adjusts as new info arrives: a follow-up call adds context, a photo upload reveals scope, a price quote moves the value estimate.
Override and learn
When you close a lead the system didn't grade A, it adjusts. When you skip a Grade A lead, it asks why — and remembers.
how it works
From inbound lead to ranked queue, in seconds.
01
Lead arrives.
Voice AI call, web form, chat, missed-call return — every channel pipes into the same pipeline.
02
System scores it.
Job value, drive time, source quality combined into a single grade A through D. Sub-second.
03
Queue ranks it.
Your dashboard shows the day's leads sorted by grade. Top of the list gets the next callback.
04
Closes update the model.
Every won and lost lead teaches the system what an A actually looks like for your business. The longer you run it, the sharper it gets.

drive time, not straight-line miles
The closest lead isn't always the closest job.
We use real Google Maps drive-time, not as-the-crow-flies distance. A 6-mile lead in heavy traffic costs more truck-hours than a 9-mile lead on the freeway. The Leaderboard accounts for both.
Bands are real drive-time, not distance.
A 6-mile lead in heavy traffic sits in your outer band. A 9-mile lead on the freeway sits in your inner band.
Pin color matches Lead Grade.
Inner-band Grade A leads are the highest-priority calls of the day. Outer-band Grade D leads can wait until tomorrow.
Updated per-lead, not per-batch.
Time of day and live traffic data feed the score the moment the lead arrives — not at the end of the day.

questions
What contractors usually ask.
Does it work on day one or does it need to learn first?
Day-one scoring uses sensible defaults — job-value averages by service, real drive-time, source-conversion baselines from your industry. It gets sharper after about 30 days of close data, but you don't have to wait.
What if I don't agree with a grade?
Override the grade in your dashboard with a one-click reason: "Worked with this customer before," "Outside service area," "Already booked elsewhere." The system remembers the reason and learns your overrides over time.
How does it estimate job value when the customer didn't say much?
Service-type baselines from your pricing sheet, plus context the AI captured during the call (urgency words, scope cues like "system replacement" vs "tune-up"). Conservative when uncertain — better to under-estimate and be pleasantly surprised.
What sources can it score?
Anything that lands in the CRM: Voice AI calls, web forms, chat conversations, referrals, manual entries. Source-quality weighting requires at least 30 days of close data per source before it kicks in.
Can I see why a lead got a particular grade?
Yes. Click any lead in the dashboard to see the full score breakdown — job value, drive time, source weight, time-of-capture. Same as the Anita Patel example we showed above.
